Visual Systems for Two Restaurant Brands

Task: Transform a high-volume menu (150+ items) into an intuitive selection tool, optimized for frequent updates.

Solution: Developed a modular layout system establishing section structure, visual hierarchy, and content rules. The menu can now be rapidly updated and scaled without losing design integrity.

Result: Enhanced readability and shifted focus to high-margin items. The system seamlessly supports regular content updates and durable commercial printing.

Task: Retain the recognizable character of the second brand while elevating its visual presentation to a premium level, avoiding a complete rebranding.

Solution: Working with physical assets revealed that the logo’s decorative lettering cheapened promotional materials. The typography was stabilized and integrated into print and digital media. Brand recognition was preserved while typographic consistency was reinforced.

Result: The brand’s visual language became more cohesive and premium. The refined typography seamlessly integrated into menus, marketing materials, and events without a formal rebrand.

Logo Evolution & Implementation

Task: Create a cohesive visual language for cocktail and bar menus capable of withstanding regular assortment updates and scaling across multiple venues.

Solution: Designed a modular layout system and visual guidelines enabling seamless adaptation for different beverage types within a single structure. Materials can be quickly updated for new items and varying physical formats.

Result: Menus are easily scaled across venues and updated without redesigning from scratch, maintaining brand consistency and a premium feel.

Task: Ensure the synchronized launch of seasonal menus across all touchpoints — from printed spreads to digital screens — within a unified media plan.

Solution: Established a repeatable production workflow for food photography and layout design. A Key Visual is created as a universal foundation for scaling. Assets are adapted for print, lightboxes, indoor panels, and digital signage. Minimalistic branding allows cross-venue campaign utilization.

Result: Seasonal menus are launched simultaneously across all touchpoints. A unified visual narrative preserves brand integrity, making campaign preparation faster and highly scalable.

Task: Modernize the outdated delivery interface for the "Dirizhabl" cafe (a legacy Joomla system) and simultaneously launch a responsive promo website from scratch for the "Vasily Alibabaevich" restaurant.

Solution: Developed a new UI kit and interface state map for an external dev team to update the "Dirizhabl" homepage and delivery flow, accounting for legacy backend constraints. In parallel, designed the structure and built a fully responsive site on Tilda (no-code) for the second restaurant, empowering the marketing team with independent content management.

Result: The delivery interface was visually upgraded without risking the legacy infrastructure. The new Tilda website drastically accelerated the launch of promo pages and events with zero engineering dependency.
